Funding Email — Privacy

Effective October 13, 2026

Funding Email is a work tool for authorized Meged and Cashflow users. It prepares funding emails using your company's LendSaaS records and sends reviewed emails or saves drafts in your connected Gmail account.

Information used

The tool uses your work account identity and authentication session, the deal ID you select, merchant and contact information, funding and repayment details, bank information, commissions, syndication details, recipients, notes, deal documents, and any screenshot or additional attachment you choose to add. It checks supported active-tab URLs to identify a LendSaaS deal. The Gmail launch button does not read your inbox, email bodies, or compose windows. The extension does not collect browsing history.

Purpose and sharing

Information is used to authenticate you, enforce company access permissions, retrieve the selected deal, prepare the funding email and attachments, and create the Gmail draft, or send the email, that you request. Requests are processed by the selected company's application and its service providers, including Clerk for authentication, Convex and Vercel for application hosting, LendSaaS for deal records, and Google for Gmail. Email content and attachments are transferred to your Gmail account when you create a draft or confirm a send. Sending requires your confirmation in the review screen; you can also save a draft to finish in Gmail.

Extension data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI models. Google user data is used only to provide the user-facing funding-email functionality. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

The selected company and authentication cache are stored in Chrome's local extension storage. Unfinished draft working data is held in Chrome session storage, isolated by company and user, and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Successful draft creation clears the working data and retains a temporary success receipt. Duplicate-prevention markers can remain for the browser session until explicitly resolved. Closing the browser clears session storage. Signing out clears that company's working data.

The completed contract is streamed from LendSaaS for the email. Additional files you upload are temporarily stored in your company’s Convex storage, linked to your account and deal, and deleted when removed or after 24 hours. These additional files are held only for the current compose session and are not included in saved form edits. Email attachments remain in Gmail after delivery or draft creation. Existing records in LendSaaS, company systems, and Gmail remain governed by those systems' retention settings. Hosting and authentication services may retain operational and security logs under their applicable policies.

Your choices

You can edit draft content before creating it, delete drafts in Gmail, sign out, uninstall the extension, or revoke its Google access in your Google Account. Uninstalling the extension does not delete existing Gmail drafts or source deal records.
